The Chilean Player Arturo Vidal Faces No Trial In Court
Court smiles at Arturo Vidal as he faces no trial after smashing up his luxury Ferrari while under the influence of alcohol. The Chilean has agreed a deal with the prosecutors but has not gone without punishment for his misdemenours.
Vidal, appearing before a judge in his homeland, apologised for insulting a police officer, agreed to pay an undisclosed compensation to a driver involved in the crash and to donate sports equipment. The Juventus player was also ordered to deliver motivational speeches to inmates and was banned from driving for two years.
