The Genoa club's president, Massimo Ferrero, had wanted to bring the Liverpool misfit back to Serie A, claiming the controversial Italy international would be “the real Balotelli here”. But Samp coach Walter Zenga has ended their interest as he ruled out moves for Balotelli and free-agent fellow Azzurri frontman Antonio Cassano. “Cassano and Balotelli are players of extraordinary talent, but no, we won’t be signing them,” he said
